Lori Koop, Business Coach Sierra Madre, CA
What a fascinating week and a chance to meet small business entrepreneurs with huge dreams.
On Monday, I wrote a second article on business coach Lori Koop of Sierra Madre, California who was an accountant after college and after a decade changed her career to fine painting and ceramics.
She's quite accomplished, having produced a number of mugs last year for a campaign Seth Godin was organizing.
The article was published on Examiner.com where I am the Los Angeles Business News Examiner. Click here for the article.
Tuesday, I met in Arcadia with Bill and Julia of Transpacific Insurance Agency. They provide incredible resources for independent, licensed insurance agents. I answered their questions about writing copy to attract more insurance agents and setting realistic goals for marketing.
Transpacific is a well-run organization with more than 1,500 insurance agents working through them. The agency contracts with 30 different companies and assists agents with applications and analysis of the best insurance programs for their clients.
Last night, I attended one of the famous Charley Egan mixers in downtown Glendale with a room full of independent business owners.
I came across graphic artist Jen Swain of Digital Orange and we chatted about her volunteer work with the Tournament of Roses.
Wednesday, February 13 I finished writing web copy for Chris Davison who's launching Formula 1 Mobile Auto Detailing. Chris works out of West Covina and will service customers throughout Southern California.
It's been a busy and satisfying week.
I'd be glad to speak with you about your copy on your website, brochures, or need for exposure online. Check out my Writing Services page and Writing Samples page to discover how copy should work for you.
